Mifare Classic
The Mifare classic (formerly standard) has two options available (1.) 1Kbytes of EEPROM and (2.) 4Kbytes of EEPROM. And has a write endurance of 50,000 cycles. The classic Mifare can support up to 40 different applications on the chip, each with its own dedicated keys and memory area. The chips are available from normal sawn wafers to the ultra thin metal lead frame chip modules.

The classic Mifare is the worlds most commonly used high volume ticketing system with large projects being operated in Seoul, Korea, London, Beijing, Pusan and many more cities worldwide have made decisions to adopt Mifare classic in the future.
